Complaints and Appeals
Complaints
If you as a customer are dissatisfied with our certification services, you can submit a formal complaint via e-mail. When doing so, make sure the subject line includes the word Complaint. Once received, the complaint will be handled in the best way for the customer, as our goal is always for the customer to be satisfied with our services. The case shall be handled by someone who has not been involved in the complaint.
Appeal against decisions
atsec always strives to make an assessment based on the evidence presented during certification. If you as a customer feel that the decision is wrong, you can submit a formal appeal via e-mail.
For the purpose of an appeal against a decision, the following shall always be stated:
- Name and organization number
- Purpose of appeal
- Any evidence for your appeal
